Join our Instructors as they take you on two-hour photographic journeys around Vancouver.

The Walkabout Tour Series will take place at different locales throughout the city and will provide interesting imagery, landscape, architecture and documentary style shooting opportunities.

Our Instructors will show you how to shoot from different angles and how to shoot effectively to produce stunning photos that will wow your friends and family.

If you are new to Vancouver these Walkabout Tours will introduce you to all the diverse neighborhoods and incredible vistas that our beautiful city has to offer. During the summer months these mini tours are a great enjoyable way to spend a day outside shooting.

During the tour your Instructor will discuss and demonstrate:

Exposure
White Balance
Depth Of Field
and
Composition

They will also be available to answer any questions you might have in order to take your photography to the next level.

This series is suitable for Point and Shoot, Digital SLR and Film cameras. All levels of photographic experience are welcome, so come along and have some fun with a group of like-minded photography enthusiasts.

• Night tour on vibrant Granville Street
• Historic Gastown
• Lost Lagoon and Coal Harbour
• The Downtown Core
• Olympic Village
• Granville Island
• Lynn Canyon
• Ambleside Park and Seawall

All tour locations are accessible by car and public transit.

Level:

Beginner/General Interest. No previous photography experience required.

Enrollment:

Maximum 28 participants.

Equipment Needed:

Bring your camera and rain gear (if needed).
