Basic Photography Intensive Weekend Workshop:
"When
my friends looked at my photographs they couldn't belief
that I really was the one who took them - I told them
that VPW could help them achieve the same outstanding
results as well! Thank you for an excellent class!"
"Thanks for an excellent Workshop, Marc. I learned
lots, and especially enjoyed the studio shooting session
with the models you brought in. I will be back to take
more of VPW's courses and workshops!"
Our Basic Photography Course condensed into one intensive
Weekend Workshop.
Are you looking for a great first course in photography,
but don’t have the time to commit to a 10 week program?
Then, this Workshop is for you!
In only 2 days, you will learn the most important basic
photography concepts, such as exposure calculation, depth-of-field,
effective composition guidelines and how to use your camera
to get consistent high uality results. Students are welcome to bring a digital or film camera to this Workshop. You'll learn about the differences between film and digital capture, how to get great exposures (even in manual mode), and how to choose the right lens for the job. On Sunday, this hands-on Workshop will also
give you the opportunity to practice your newly acquired
skills during a full scale studio shooting session with
professional models.
Limited to only 14 students, this intensive Workshop is
designed to leave you feel comfortable and in control
of your camera and its operation. It is a great Workshop
for people looking to refresh their skills, and a stepping
stone and foundation to further photography training.
